This is my first entree in to my blog. First Id like to say that many of you have become my friends over the years so I've chosen to include personal content as well as what's new in the industry, and what I'm doing on a monthly basis to improve the way we do business.
This week I will be submitting my application to become an FHA appraiser. They say the application process takes about 4-6 week for approval. Hope fully I'll get a response sooner so that I can take on some of your FHA appraisal needs.
Also an update on the twins. My wife and I had our first ultra sound today that we were able to hear the heart beat. For those of you who don't have kids, this is the most amazing thing I have ever experienced. We have been told that the twins are finally just about out of the woods for vanishing twin syndrome and they have a healthy heart beat. For all of you that have been following along with us, thank you so much for all your love and support.
More about business, as of yesterday I am one Ellie Mays approval list. I am also Approved and capable of handling orders through Appraisal Port.
